Prior to joining Ennoble Venture Partners, LLC, Ray was the Senior Vice President of Customer Experience for N.E.W. Customer Service Companies in Sterling, VA. He led the company in building a world-class customer experience team; growing from one technical solution center with 400 associates to more than 10 solution centers with 6,500 associates.
Under his leadership and guidance, N.E.W. received the prestigious J.D. Power and Associates Award for four consecutive years. Ray received his BS in Business Administration, Management and Operations from Sacred Heart University and his MBA from Orlando College. He also attended the GE Executive Management School. Ray was presented with the John F. Welch Leadership Award in 2012 and serves on the Visitor’s Board for the Sacred Heart University Welch College of Business & Technology.
Prior to joining Ennoble Venture Partners, Steve spent over 30 years in executive management and corporate development, including Ernst & Young, and 12 years as Senior Vice President, Finance at N.E.W. Customer Service Companies in Sterling, VA. His expertise includes executive financial oversight, private equity transactions, mergers and acquisitions, corporate integration, and treasury. During his tenure, Steve and his team supported multiple successful recapitalization transactions, including leveraged transactions, that generated more than $5 billion in shareholder wealth. Steve received his BS in Accounting from Duquesne University.
Prior to joining Ennoble Venture Partners, Caroline spent ten years in higher education administration at the University of Chicago, University of Pennsylvania, and Johns Hopkins University. Most recently, she served as the Assistant Director for Student Leadership and Developments at the Johns Hopkins University Center for Social Concern and was a lecturer in the Center for Leadership Education, at the Hopkins Whiting School of Engineering, teaching courses on leadership, service, and social entrepreneurship. Prior to joining Hopkins, Caroline was the founding program director of the University of Chicago Urban Network, a university-wide interdisciplinary research initiative. Caroline received her BA from the University of Chicago, and her MSEd from the University of Pennsylvania. She also has a certificate from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business Executive Program for Emerging Leaders.
